Along with branding, team systems have become a passion of mine. It all started when I was leading a team and kept being asked the same questions repeatedly. I noticed no matter what I modeled, I wasn't seeing duplication down my line of teammates. It was at that moment, my love for systems was born and I've been developing them ever since.
